George Greskovits

Chief Executive Officer

George has spent his career at the intersection of education and innovation. As co-founder of the Milestone Institute — recognised among The Telegraph’s top 10 international educational organisations — he built a pioneering academic system with 1,300 graduates and over 2,700 offers from the world’s top 100 universities, including more than 190 from Oxford and Cambridge. His work spans mentoring, curriculum design, higher education consultancy, and digital product development. His passion for “world-building” as a way of teaching inspires students to imagine and author new futures. Under his leadership, Laikan is more than an app — it is a movement to redefine what education can be.

Daniel Schay

Chief Growth Officer

Daniel drives Laikan’s global growth across two pillars: scaling the platform through go-to-market strategy and execution, and empowering underserved students through non-profit partnerships that expand access to post-secondary opportunities. He brings over a decade of experience from McKinsey — where he most recently led the Digital Venture Studio in Budapest, incubating new digital businesses for Fortune 500 companies — as well as serving as COO at Vodafone Hungary and leading multiple startups, including two successful exits in fintech and sales technology.

Lili Papp

Chief Product Officer

Lili leads product at Laikan with a student-centered approach that turns educational ideas into scalable outcomes. Operating at the intersection of management consulting and educational innovation, she blends product vision with human insight and helped shape Laikan from its earliest prototypes. With expertise in edtech, service design, and user-centered development, she builds digital pathways that are accessible yet personal—combining clear structure with empathy for learners. Her work spans a digital advising and mentoring platform, a teaching-quality system focused on personalized development, and a STEM mentoring program connecting students to real-world learning, as well as work with a children’s education NGO, teaching in hospitals and co-creating an online program for learners in need.

Lóránt Bartha

Head of Engineering

With 10+ years of experience spanning global institutions like Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan to fast-moving startups, Lóránt leads engineering at Laikan with both vision and precision. At Codility, he pioneered a fraud detection system built for the AI era, leveraging machine learning to preserve fairness and integrity in developer assessments. He has architected and scaled platforms serving millions of users and led cross-functional teams delivering intelligent, production-ready solutions. At Laikan, he fuses clean, human-centered design with intelligent technology to build systems that are robust yet intuitive. His work ensures the platform is reliable, adaptable, and future-ready, empowering students to explore, reflect, and grow with confidence.
